ji111 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"ji111" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to ji111 and its operators, the online gaming platform accessible at https://ji111.org, including all games, account services, payment processing features, promotional programs, and customer support services offered thereon.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ji111 platform in any capacity, including but not limited to playing games, depositing funds, or communicating with support.

"Account"

Refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the ji111 platform, which grants access to real-money gaming features, balance management, and platform services.

"Real Money Balance"

Refers to funds deposited by a Player into their ji111 account wallet via approved payment methods, net of any withdrawals, losses, or fees.

"Bonus Balance"

Refers to promotional credits issued by ji111 to a Player's account, which are subject to wagering requirements and separate withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Refers to the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and ji111's internal compliance policy, completed before a Player's first withdrawal.

"PAGCOR"

Refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

"Services"

By accessing the ji111 platform, creating an account, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ji111.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ji111 platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ji111 reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following a material update. Failure to re-confirm may result in temporary restriction of account access.

To be eligible to hold a ji111 account and participate in real-money games, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any regulatory exclusion that restricts your access to gaming platforms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of ji111, nor an immediate family member of such a person;

• You have not previously had a ji111 account suspended or permanently closed for cause.

Ji111 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements, with or without prior notice.

To access real-money features on the ji111 platform, you must register a personal account. Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) account. Duplicate account creation is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Ji111 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws, ji111 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• Additional documentation may be requested at ji111's discretion for compliance purposes.

Ji111 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. The KYC review process typically takes 24-48 business hours from submission of complete documentation.

Your ji111 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your account to any third party. Any funds in a ji111 account belong solely to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another player's account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji111 account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any biometric login data associated with your account.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify ji111 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or conduct financial transactions.

Ji111 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified ji111 of a suspected security breach.

Ji111 accepts deposits from Players via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your ji111 account balance in real time upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all supported Philippine Peso payment methods. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits are specified on the deposit page and may be updated periodically.

Ji111 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ji111 account. Ji111 reserves the right to return any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party source and may suspend the account pending investigation.

Ji111 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to ji111's verification and compliance procedures.

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Only Real Money Balance (not Bonus Balance subject to active wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests made to GCash or Maya are typically processed within 3-5 minutes on business days;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Ji111 may request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or where AML or fraud indicators are present. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of any such verification. Ji111 is not liable for any loss incurred due to withdrawal processing delays caused by compliance review requirements.

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Ji111 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts with a real money balance, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. The account owner retains the right to withdraw any remaining balance at any time by reactivating the account.

Ji111 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all bonus credits issued by ji111 are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets you must place using the bonus (and in some cases your deposit) before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have fully verified their account (KYC completed);
• One bonus claim per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Ji111 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus if there is reason to believe it has been claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms;
• Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure, whether voluntary or by ji111's action;
• Bets placed on certain games (typically those with RTP above 97%) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirement fulfillment, as specified in the promotion terms.

Ji111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotional advertisement and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All games available on the ji111 platform — including slots, bingo, live casino table games, coin games, and Go Goal Bingo — operate under their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

All RNG-based games on ji111 (slot machines, virtual table games, and bingo number draws) use Random Number Generation systems that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by any prior results, Player actions, or ji111 staff.

Live dealer games operate under rules that mirror those of physical casino environments. Game decisions made by live dealers are final once the betting window closes. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, the round shall be treated in accordance with the live casino provider's disconnection policy as displayed in the game interface.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the outcome of any bet, ji111 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. Ji111 is not obligated to honor any winnings generated as a result of a malfunction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface and/or the lobby. Ji111 reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time. Bets exceeding the stated maximum for a given game round will be rejected by the system.

Players are prohibited from engaging in any activity that ji111 determines, in its sole discretion, to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering or using more than one ji111 account;
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with ji111 games or services;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage, including deliberate exploitation of a malfunction to generate winnings;
• Engaging in chip dumping, colluding with other Players, or other forms of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any ji111 software or game system;
• Abusing ji111's customer support system, including through false claims, threats, or harassment of support staff;
• Charging back or reversing a deposit through your payment provider after using the deposited funds for betting;
• Using the ji111 platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.

Ji111 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts found to be in violation. Funds associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited in whole or in part, without prejudice to ji111's right to pursue further legal remedies.

Ji111 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable persons. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss limits — Restrict your account from accepting further deposits once a defined loss threshold is reached within a specified period;
• Session time limits — Activate automatic session break reminders at 1-hour and 2-hour intervals;
• Bet size limits — Set a maximum per-round bet across all games, regardless of the table's posted maximum;
• Self-exclusion — Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the ji111 platform for a minimum period of seven (7) days. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed once activated.

Activation of any responsible gaming tool that reduces limits takes effect immediately. Any request to increase or remove a limit will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Ji111 complies with PAGCOR's guidelines on responsible gaming as applicable. Underage gaming is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Ji111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Player's payment provider;
• Any regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction;
• Technical or security reasons that necessitate account suspension to protect the platform or the Player.

Upon account closure, any real money balance in the account (excluding bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements) shall be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all compliance checks. Ji111 is under no obligation to return funds associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ji111 account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. The Player retains the right to withdraw any eligible balance before closure is finalized.

All content on the ji111 platform — including but not limited to the ji111 name and logo, game graphics, interface designs, promotional materials, text, software, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to ji111 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the ji111 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ji111 platform without prior written permission from ji111.

Game titles and associated intellectual property provided by third-party game providers are the property of their respective owners and are used by ji111 under license. Ji111 makes no representation of ownership over third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji111's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Ji111 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform;
• Loss arising from technical failures, including internet outages, server downtime, or network disruptions outside ji111's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from a Player's reliance on any information on the platform that contains errors or omissions;
• Loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials;
• Any gaming losses incurred through normal play, as gambling involves inherent financial risk.

The ji111 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ji111 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, suitability for any particular purpose, or fitness for a specific outcome.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the ji111 platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a competent court where circumstances require.

Players located outside the Philippines who access ji111 do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. Ji111 makes no representation that its Services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

Ji111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the ji111 platform at login.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the ji111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially and adversely affects your rights, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your eligible real money balance within thirty (30) days of the amendment's effective date, without penalty.
